Guy Greco

I am Guy Greco, the founder of Leadership Means. I can still vividly remember the first time I had to counsel and employee due to his unsatisfactory performance. That was over 40 years ago. I was very nervous and my heart was definitely pounding. But I followed the steps I had taught others when I was in the training department and I had a successful outcome. This scenario relates to Workshop 2: Effective Performance Counseling. But I will share many stories and experiences during all workshops in this program.I have over 30 years’ experience in developing and facilitating leadership and personal development courses. I have taught more than 5,000 managers and supervisors how to increase the level of commitment and engagement of their employees. I also spent many years of my corporate life in line management positions. So, I have had the opportunity to use the same skills I have taught in class. I’ll tell you about my successes, but just as importantly, I tell you the mistakes I made so the you can avoid them. I promise you will learn a lot and have some fun in the process.
