Employee Motivation
The power of Autonomy, Mastery, and Purpose
About the Course
Motivating your staff goes way beyond just money. Sure, a reasonable salary is important. But the most impactive sources of motivation are far more personal. Factors like doing work that matters, being recognized for your work, individual achievement, and the opportunity to grow and development are far more important.
In this workshop, we will show you how to determine the best way to motivate your employees, keep them engaged, and sustain their performance using time-proven meaningful approaches.

Why Should I Take This Course?
Once you understand the factors that motivate the people that work for you, you can look for opportunities to apply techniques that work.
Remember that each of your employees is motivated to do something in life - even those employees who you have concluded you can never motivate. Maybe they write music. Maybe they coach a sports team. Maybe they love to work with special needs kids. The point is, they have found something they love to do. You can create this same level of satisfaction and drive at work.
Take this workshop if you want to increase or enhance the level of energy, engagement, and commitment of all your employees.

Your Instructor
I am the founder of Leadership Means. I can still vividly remember
the first time I had to counsel an employee due to his
unsatisfactory performance. My heart was definitely pounding.
But I followed the steps I had taught others when I was in the
training department and I had a successful outcome.
I have over 30 years’ experience in developing and facilitating
leadership and personal development courses. I have taught more
than 5,000 managers and supervisors how to increase the level of
commitment and engagement of their employees. I also spent
many years of my corporate life in line management positions. So,
I have had the opportunity to use the same skills I have taught in
class. I’ll tell you about my successes, but just as importantly, I
tell you the mistakes I made so the you can avoid them. I promise
you will learn a lot and have some fun in the process.
